How do I subscribe?
Launch the platform, create an account, and you will be prompted to choose a subscription. You can see the available subscriptions here.
Can I change my subscription?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account. Upgrades apply immediately (with pro-rated billing), and downgrades take effect on your next billing date.
How do cancellations work?
You can cancel whenever you like. Your access continues through the end of the current billing cycle, and you keep access until the last day of that period.
Do you offer trials or demos?
Yes. Contact us for a guided demo or to request a limited trial sandbox suited to your workflow.
How is billing handled?
Plans are billed monthly by default; annual invoicing is available on request. Receipts and invoices are available from your dashboard and sent by email.
What regions are covered?
We currently focus on multi-country European coverage for renewable capacity, forecasts, and satellite layers. Tell us if you need another region and we’ll share our roadmap.
How fast is support?
